You agree that the following terms govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms express or implied
All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
United States delivery is available to all areas of United States by postal service chosen by Central Mountain Coffee. Delivery to other countries may be available.
ORDERS: Central Mountain Coffee posts all orders as near to practicable within one to three working days of order placement. If you have any questions about your order, or any other interest regarding our products to include distribution please contact us at customerservice@centralmountaincoffee.com.
POSTAGE FEE AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES: Postage and handling charges will vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before the checkout. For regular parcel post, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 5 working days of the postage date. However, delivery timelines are dependent on the postal provider, with Central Mountain Coffee not liable for any shipping delays. Please contact us for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order dispatch. We reserve the right to choose our preferred courier at any time, which may also depend on the location of the delivery.
Outside of the United States
If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of the United States, please email us at for a quote on shipping and an estimated delivery time.
As a customer of Central Mountain Coffee site, you must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Central Mountain Coffee is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If the parcel can-not be returned or redirected, Central Mountain Coffee is not obliged to resend/replace the item. We will arrange for our delivery company to deliver products undamaged and by the estimated delivery date. If there is a delivery delay by the chosen delivery company, Central Mountain Coffee will not automatically reissue an order. Late delivery is not reason for an order cancellation or refund. Replacement is at the discretion of Central Mountain Coffee.
Central Mountain Coffee is here to support our customers. Some products listed on our website are bespoke items and may not be available in large volumes. We endeavor to keep stock and pricing true and correct. We endeavor to pack and ship all orders within three business day of purchase; if an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will endeavor to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Subscriptions for our different products may be available. A subscription duration may be set according to a customer’s preference such as 3 month (6 deliveries), 6 month (12 deliveries) or ongoing. A monthly delivered subscription can be requested via email for those selecting a minimum of 6 months duration. All deliveries should be issued within 12 months of commencing the chosen subscription. Unused deliveries will not be automatically refunded.
Ongoing Coffee Subscriptions
An ongoing subscription will be charged every fortnight on the anniversary of the purchase date until the subscriber chooses to cancel. Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Please note we require 5 working days’ notice to cancel a subscription or change delivery address if requested via email.
Consumable goods: We endeavor to monitor the quality of our consumable products through our quality control process. If you are unsatisfied with any consumable purchase you have made from the site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page or email to discuss your replacement or credit note options. Please note, requests for returns must be raised with us within 14 days of shipment date, subject to proof of purchase date and price. At the time of contact, please provide your name, order number, date of purchase, description of goods, reason for return request.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any equipment which may have been purchased from the Central Mountain Coffee website, please refer to the warranty set out on each individual product/Company website for the item purchased. For Example, if there was an item such as AeroPress sold and purchased that product would then be covered by AeroPress warranty and the customer would have to contact said company regarding the warranty. If goods received have been wrongly described and are different to the product displayed on the website you can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit.
Please note:
Refunds if made are made only by electronic funds transfer, back to the original payment method/account. It is not practicable for cash refunds to be made.
From time to time there may be information on the Central Mountain Coffee site or in any Central Mountain Coffee literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Central Mountain Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, or availability or otherwise.
Central Mountain Coffee may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).Central Mountain Coffee will not incur any liability for any incorrect information which appears on the Central Mountain Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by Central Mountain Coffee and to any changes and/or updates thereof howsoever arising and you release Central Mountain Coffee from any liability for any damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by you or your Officers, servants, agents, employees and contractors arising therefrom.
Central Mountain Coffee products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Central Mountain Coffee website and all contents of this Site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to encumbrances.
You agree that your use of Central Mountain Coffee’s website is at your sole risk and that you are responsible for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of Central Mountain Coffee’s website, and that Central Mountain Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site and/or arising therefrom.

Contents of our website in whole or in part are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and you agree not to by act or omission infringe the copyright of Central Mountain Coffee in whole or in part.

Your details are dealt with by Central Mountain Coffee through a server using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption we believe is the current industry standard, but Central Mountain Coffee does not give any warranty express or implied as to its fitness for any purpose.
